Ingredients Osik Meat:
- 400 gr meat
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cm galangal
- 2 serai stick
- 1 sdt salt
- 2 sdt brown sugar
- 500 ml coconut milk

Ingredients of Spices:
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 4 pieces of onion
- 1/2 sdt coriander
- 1/4 sdt cummin
- 3 pieces of candle nut
How to Make:
- Yellow Serundeng : mix ingredients of yellow serundeng. roast it until dried. Do the same thing red serundeng and brown serundeng.
- Osik Meat: mix ingredients Osik Meat. Cook until absorbed. Take it. Shred it . Fry it.
